Agency for Cultural Affairs — Autonomous & Sustainable Management Promotion Project for Arts Organizations

We provide hands-on support to the New National Theatre Tokyo in its journey toward autonomous problem-solving and sustainable development — from situational analysis and identification of core challenges, to strategy formulation and empirical initiatives. Through overseas theatre research, expert interviews, user interviews and focus groups, full plenary meetings, branding and marketing subcommittees, and workshops to visualize strengths, we connect philosophy and operations, organization and the front line, intuition and data.

Saga Prefecture — Ceramics Overseas Market Development Support Project

We provide hands-on branding support for ceramic businesses in Saga Prefecture, helping them reorganize their inherent values and develop autonomously in overseas markets. Through workshops that articulate history, craftsmanship backgrounds, and strengths, we define the philosophy and worldview at the core of each brand. We then positioned an exhibition held in Taipei, Taiwan — not as a mere showcase, but as a venue for value validation and outreach in the overseas market.

Nara Prefecture — Regional Brand Enhancement Project

Aimed at enhancing the brand value of the Okuyamato region in Nara Prefecture, we support the construction and communication of the regional brand "Okuyamato" for local businesses. Rather than polishing each business individually, this project starts by organizing the values and narratives that can be shared across the region, redefining the meaning behind the regional name and designing a brand story and visuals to embody it.

Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry — Japan Brand Nurturing Support Project

Within this METI support project, we oversee the overall branding as Brand Producer for Japan Brand. With an eye toward the Chinese market, we carefully reorganized the philosophy and manufacturing backgrounds of each participating business, then held an exhibition at a local gallery. Through planning and execution, we validated brand receptiveness in the overseas market and generated practical outcomes including collaborative relationships and transactions with local partners.
