Saga Prefecture, Support Project for Overseas Market Development of Ceramics and Porcelain

Seven ceramic businesses in Saga Prefecture (Kinshodo, Imari Toen, Fujimasa, Sankodo, Keisan Kiln, Dakei, and Kinzen Seisakusho) were selected to strengthen the brand power of each business and develop overseas markets. Workshops were held to organize the exhibition, and the Saga Ceramics Exhibition held at the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park in Taipei was planned and spatially organized, The project included the production and operation of a website and digital signage, as well as a questionnaire survey of visitors to the exhibition.

Nara Prefecture, Local Brand Strength Improvement Project

Aiming to enhance the brand power of the Oku Yamato region, we selected six businesses in the Oku Yamato region of Nara Prefecture ( Izuru Mokko, MURAO, Morinobi, Skywood, Takano Furniture, and Morimoto Meiki), created a branding website to introduce Oku Yamato products, and exhibited the website at the Tokyo International Gift Show. In collaboration with JETRO Nara, we are also conducting workshops to strengthen the branding and marketing capabilities of businesses in the Oku Yamato region.

Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Japan Brand Development Support Project

As a brand producer for the Japan brand “KARAKURI” sponsored by Tokushima Local Industry Promotion Association, we are branding the brand. The eight participating companies are Fuji Furniture, Miyazaki Chair Manufacturing, Chair Toku Seisakusho, Toyokura Meiki, Honbayashi Furniture, Akizuki Woodworks, Nagao Orimono, and Okamoto Orimono. Aiming to develop overseas sales channels in China, we organized, planned, and managed an exhibition at Gallery M50 in Shanghai’s Art District. In addition, a mock-up of the exhibition was held in Tokushima City as well as a workshop to strengthen the businesses’ branding and marketing capabilities.
